Fee for Service

While Personalized Pediatrics of Maine strongly encourages all families to have a medical home for their children, medical needs can arise acutely. Single visits are available by appointment to fill this need.

  • Acute visit: $200 ($300 for after hours)

  • Second Opinion/Consult: $250

  • Well Child Check: $250

  • Sports/Camp Physical: $200

  • Frenotomy (Tongue-Tie clip): $350

Fee for Service is also a great way to trial Personalized Pediatrics of Maine. If you choose to enroll within 48 hours of the visit, the cost will automatically be rolled into the membership subscription. This is a one time opportunity to evaluate “rightness of fit” and is not meant to substitute as a series of individual visits. Best medical care truly stems from having a long term medical home!
